The story of Mr & Mrs Preston – September 2022
This beaut couple tied the knot at Bordesley Park, Worcestershire in late September and it was such a fab day!
Charlotte and Russ booked me when I first started out. Having not seen much in the way of a portfolio, I will be forever grateful that they took a leap of faith and trusted me to be their wedding filmmaker.
It was really important to them to have a videographer and to have a keepsake film to cherish forever so I was absolutely thrilled that they chose me.
My personal highlights on the day were;
– Hanging out with the girls in the morning during Bride prep and chatting about all the music artists we went to see as teenagers including the slightly embarrassing ones, I deffo didn’t confess to seeing Gareth Gates!
– First looks with the Bridesmaids and Charlotte’s Dad. Their reaction to seeing Charlotte in her dress for the first time gave me all the feels!
– The slightly nervous look on Charlottes face when the friendly cow came over to see what the fuss was all about when we were taking the romantic couple shots in the field!
– Hearing Russ’ speech and admitting to forgetting Charlottes name the first night that they met! Hehe, made me giggle! Naughty boy Russ!
– The moment the Best Men did the dirty on Russ and revealed a rather large canvas photo of him passed on a bed when everyone thought they were going to reveal their cute puppy, Tucker.
– Speaking of Tucker, I loved meeting him and getting some super cute shots him.
– The dancing… I think I live for the epic dance moves that guests pull on the dance floor! Literally my fave part!
